Refund Policy

At eudyamonline.com, we strive to provide seamless and satisfactory services. However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a refund is warranted. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund of Payment Received

Refunds will only be processed in the event that we are unable to deliver the Udyam Registration certificate from our end. If the application has been successfully processed and the registration number is generated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Refund Request

To request a refund, you must email us at support@applyudyam.co.in. Refunds will be considered only in cases where the Udyam Registration certificate has not been delivered due to an error or failure on our part.

3. Refund Time Frame

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 10 to 15 business days. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. Refunds will be processed only after receiving all required details such as:

• Reason for refund
• Bank account details for initiating the refund

4. Cancellation of Application

Once an application is submitted and the Udyam Registration number is generated, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. No refund will be issued once the application has been processed and approved by the government portal.

5. Clarifications Regarding Applications

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application process, you may contact us via email at support@applyudyam.co.in. If we require additional clarification regarding your business details or classification, our support team may reach out to you through email or phone.

6. Force Majeure

applyudyam.co.in shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in fulfilling its services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
• War, terrorism, or armed conflict
• Government regulations or legal changes
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Labor strikes, lockouts, or civil disturbances
• Technical issues outside of our control

Such events (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure Events") relieve us from our obligations under the refund policy without any liability to the client.
